MAXIAVEL provides preliminary property intelligence using available public property and regulatory records. Results are informational starting points and are not professional advice or government determinations.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful evaluation of properties. You may not interfere with the service, submit automated or excessive requests, attempt to access private records, or misrepresent a preliminary result as an approval or guarantee.
Accuracy and availability
Public records may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or unavailable. MAXIAVEL may update, suspend, or correct the service and does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every property can be evaluated automatically.
Independent verification
Before relying on a result or committing funds, verify property-specific conditions with the applicable public agency and qualified legal, design, engineering, surveying, construction, tax, or real estate professionals.
