Privacy

When you request a MAXED Score™, we collect the property address you select and the name, email address, and optional phone number you provide. We also store property, parcel, zoning, and score information needed to provide and preserve the result.

We use submitted information to verify the property, generate and maintain the requested preliminary result, respond to your request, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not use the free score to make a permit or entitlement determination.

Records are stored in the MAXIAVEL backend. Customer contact information is not included in public score links. Anyone with a score link can view the approved property and score summary associated with that link, so share it only with people you trust.

You may choose not to provide an optional phone number. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact MAXIAVEL through the contact method made available on the website.
